Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including inward, storage, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure proper receiving, inspection, and storage of incoming materials.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and inventory audits.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Sales, and Dispatch teams for smooth material movement.
- Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Delivery Challans, and other warehouse documentation.
- Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders.
- Optimize warehouse space for effective storage and material handling.
- Monitor FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks.
- Maintain housekeeping, cleanliness, and safety standards in the warehouse.
- Handle damaged, excess, or returned materials as per company procedures.
- Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse SOPs.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
