Mandatory Skills: (MUST HAVE SKILLS)

- Experience with design and development of SAP Fiori, UI5 applications
- Experience with the SAP CAP framework, Fiori Launchpad, SAP BTP and its services especially workflow, Cloud Foundry and Kyma
- Experience with the OData API for SuccessFactors is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, personal drive and ability to deliver quality work IT
- Software Development or similar background and have several years of experience working in an international organisation with a complex IT environment

Optional Skills:

- Agile – Knowledge & way of working.
- ITIL.

Roles and Responsibility:

- Adherence to SAP Coding standards and Change management processes/ practices is mandatory.
- Documentation covering design and development, validation, implementation of changes/small scale developments need to be secured.
- Interaction frequently with line of business stakeholders/team members to collect requirements and being able to technically translate the same will be required.
- Act as techno-functional SME to support, operate & maintain (daily responsibility) the existing apps, further also being part of new apps development.
- Troubleshoot/improvements of existing implementations and derive improved solutions.
- As a SME/developer, to be part of the Offers & contracts project, work with Solution Architects, SAP SuccessFactors platform/modules and together engage with both HR and IT stakeholders to shape, design and develop business requirements into global digital solutions for Novo Nordisk.




- You will work in a digital delivery set-up and engage with multiple agile teams to understand the business needs and core challenges, while providing technical sparring and guidance and of course develop and implement high quality solutions in close collaboration with your colleagues and implementation partners.
- Work during CET working hours & Extended CET hours.
- Share Industry best practices.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with external parties, primarily users.
- Excellent communication skills written and orally in English.
- Large degree of flexibility and the ability to work under robust time pressure.
