About the Role

Unlock Media is looking for a passionate and creative Influencer Marketing Executive who understands social media, influencer collaborations, and digital trends. If you're someone who enjoys connecting with creators, following viral trends, and can confidently represent a brand, this role is for you.

You will be responsible for identifying influencers, managing collaborations, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring smooth execution from outreach to content delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Reach out to influencers through Instagram, email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and influencer agencies.
- Coordinate end-to-end influencer campaigns, from outreach to execution.
- Share campaign briefs and ensure timely content submissions.
- Follow up with creators regarding approvals, revisions, and campaign deliverables.
- Maintain influencer databases and campaign performance reports.
- Assist in negotiating collaboration terms as per company guidelines.
- Write basic campaign briefs, scripts, and content ideas for influencer collaborations.




- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and identify emerging creators.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and influencer marketing.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously.
- Camera-friendly personality and confidence to appear in videos, reels, or promotional content whenever required.
- Comfortable speaking in front of the camera for brand-related content when needed.

Eligibility

- Graduate or pursuing graduation.
- 0–6 months of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in influencer marketing are encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

- Candidate must have their own laptop (basic configuration is sufficient).
- Work From Office (Karol Bagh, Delhi).
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Passion for social media trends, creator economy, and digital content.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
