We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Monitor campaign performance, ROAS, CPL, CTR, and other key metrics
- Perform audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign optimization
- Generate leads and improve conversion rates through paid campaigns
- Create campaign reports and share actionable insights
- Coordinate with the creative/content team for ad creatives and copies
- Manage daily ad budgets and scaling strategies
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Understanding of conversion tracking, Pixel, GTM, and Analytics
- Experience in lead generation and performance-based campaigns
- Valuable analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with eCommerce or Lead Generation campaigns
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Basic understanding of landing page optimization
