Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools.
- Experience in software development lifecycle processes including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and collaborative tools to support iterative delivery.
- Ability to work with modern software frameworks and integrate components across diverse systems.
- Valuable communication skills to facilitate collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders.
