About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts and generate high-quality leads for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, social media, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and lead generation strategies within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Generate high-quality leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, display campaigns, and remarketing campaigns.
- Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
- Handle social media marketing, content planning, and brand engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Manage website updates,



landing pages, and lead capture forms.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing.
- Experience with lead generation campaigns for real estate.
- Knowledge of CRM integration and lead management.
- Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Basic knowledge of WordPress or CMS platforms.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Digital Marketing certifications are an added advantage.

Pay: ₹45,414.54 - ₹78,825.26 per month
