About Role :
We are looking for a dynamic Person for Franchise expansion, to drive our company's growth. And you will be contribute your experience in driving corporate growth by onboarding recent franchise partners in assigned market.
Designation: Sr. Executive Franchise Expansion
Exp: 2- 6 years
Education: Any UG or PG in MBA Marketing.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Finding potential franchise partners from the leads.
2. Cold Calling: Reaching out to the leads over the phone to introduce the opportunity and pitch the concept.
3. Field Visits: Meeting the prospects in person, and explain the oppurtunity, build trust, and conduct final discussions.
4. Conversion: Closing the deal and successfully onboarding them as official franchise partners.
Skills:
- Good Communication in English and Hindi
- Negotiation and Presentation skill
