- Should have great knowledge weighting.
- Discuss issues related to questionnaires/Tab spec with clients and suggest solutions for the same.
- Crisp Communication with clients and work as an interface between team and client counterpart
- Manage internally sponsored benchmarking initiatives as well as take proactive steps on emerging issues
- Assist the supervisor in tasks / assignments like developing / executing new procedures / processes, diagnosis of problem / client issues, etc. Upon request, participate and contribute in review meetings
