Job Summary

The Trainee – Project Management will support the Project Management team in planning, coordinating, monitoring, and executing automation projects. The role provides exposure to project execution, customer coordination, resource planning, documentation, scheduling, and cross-functional team collaboration within industrial automation and robotics projects.

Key Responsibilities

● Assist Project Managers in planning and tracking project activities.

● Coordinate with Design, Manufacturing, Assembly, Procurement, Quality, and Installation teams.

● Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.

● Maintain project documentation, reports,



and status updates.

● Follow up on material requirements and procurement status.

● Support project review meetings and prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting).

● Track project progress and escalate delays or issues to the Project Manager.

● Coordinate with customers regarding project schedules and updates.

● Assist in preparing project timelines, Gantt charts, and resource plans.

● Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards.

● Support installation and commissioning activities when required.

● Maintain project records and documentation in company systems.

● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports.
