Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a willingness to learn. The role involves lead generation, customer outreach, follow-ups, and supporting business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online research.
- Connect with prospective clients and introduce the company's products and services.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the Business Development team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Update and manage customer information in the CRM system.
- Support lead generation and sales campaigns.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.




- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable making outbound calls and interacting with clients.
- Self-motivated, confident, and eager to build a career in sales.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc., BE/B.Tech, BA, MBA, etc.).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
