Job Description: WordPress Team Lead is responsible for guiding and managing the wordpress team. Also, troubleshooting and resolving website problems for clients and co-workers. Build new plugins. Build new strategies for the team.
Key Skills: Collaborating with clients to design websites and their functions. Developing both the front-end and back-end of the website. Planning and creating the website architecture. Designing and implementing new features and functionality. Managing back-end tasks like database and server integration. Generating WordPress themes and plugins. Testing and troubleshooting the website. Analyzing live website performance. Maintaining website security and compliance. Researching technical specifications of a project based on client inputs. Training and leading a team of developers. Ensuring the overall quality of a project. Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into fully agile Wordpress pages. Troubleshoot customer issues, and release new patches.
