Job Title : Associate Vice president

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and manage Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions across hybrid cloud environments.

- Deploy and configure Identity Governance (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and cloud identity security solutions.

- Manage Microsoft Entra ID and cloud identity services to ensure secure authentication and authorization.

- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automate deployments using Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to implement secure identity governance.

- Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and ITSM tools.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize IAM platforms for performance, security, and compliance.

- Follow Agile and DevOps practices to deliver scalable and secure identity solutions.

- Maintain technical documentation and support continuous platform improvements.





- Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and industry best practices.

Requisites
- Bachelor//'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Robust expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) across AWS, Azure, and hybrid cloud environments.

- Hands-on experience with Saviynt (IGA, PAM, ISPM, CPAM) or similar IAM platforms.

- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Azure identity services.

- Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, GitLab/GitHub, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

- Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and cloud security principles.

- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, and ITIL processes.

- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Loki.

- Cloud security or IAM certifications are an added advantage.

- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
