Position Overview The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires proactive engagement with clients, effective communication, and strategic execution of sales plans. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. Conduct negotiations and close deals effectively. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.



Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate/construction. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results. Additional Requirements Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits. Fluency in English and Malayalam preferred. Solid ethical standards and customer-centric approach. Reporting Structure Reports to: Sales Manager / Business Development Head Works closely with: Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support teams

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
