Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹27,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)

Job Summary:

SunFront Energy Pvt. Ltd., a rapid-growing solar EPC company based in Jaipur, is hiring a skilled and motivated Site Supervisor to oversee operations at its solar power project sites. The candidate must have a background in Electrical Engineering, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and be willing to travel and stay at project sites as required. Use of a personal vehicle is mandatory, and the company will provide travel and stay allowances.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power plants.

Ensure work execution as per electrical drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards.

Monitor plant performance, report faults, and coordinate troubleshooting.

Manage site-level workforce, including technicians and subcontractors.

Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and ensure documentation.

Coordinate with the project and engineering teams for smooth operations.

Maintain records of daily progress, material usage, and safety compliance.





Travel to various project sites and stay on-site as needed (allowances provided).

Use personal vehicle for commuting to site locations (fuel/travel expenses reimbursed as per company policy).

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).

Minimum 1 year of experience in solar power project supervision, operations, or maintenance.

Good knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, transformers, and basic electrical safety.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site layouts.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Must own a personal vehicle (bike or car).

Willingness to travel and stay at remote project sites for short durations.

Preferred:

Certifications in solar PV systems, electrical safety, or related technical areas.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, reporting tools).
