As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system logs, and implement solutions to maintain optimal functionality across the business landscape. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the technology infrastructure supports the organization's goals and objectives effectively.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Monitoring & Tools.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Basis Administration.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Monitoring & Tools.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
