Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Explain hospital services, treatments, and packages to patients.Follow up with patient enquiries, missed appointments, and existing leads.
Maintain accurate records of calls and patient information.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and the front office for appointments.Address patient queries and provide excellent customer service.
Generate and convert leads into appointments.
Ensure patient confidentiality and maintain data privacy.
Requirements:Minimum Graduate (any discipline).
Experience as a Telecaller, Customer Care Executive, or Call Centre Executive preferred.
Experience in a hospital, IVF centre, diagnostic lab, or healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
Positive attitude, convincing skills, and customer-oriented approach.
