Location: Hyderabad
Position: Course Counsellor
Qualification: BBA / B.Tech / B.Sc. (Computer Science) or equivalent
Salary:

- Freshers: Up to ₹20,000/month
- Experienced Candidates: Negotiable (Based on experience & skills)

Required Skills

- Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)
- Hindi communication is an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
- Positive attitude with a learner-focused approach
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students about training programs and career opportunities.
- Understand students' learning goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online inquiries.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Explain course curriculum, certification, fees, batches, and career prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and student interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with trainers and the operations team regarding batch schedules.




- Build and maintain long-term relationships with students.
- Resolve student queries in a professional and timely manner.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Prior experience in Education, EdTech, Training Institute, BPO, Telecalling, or Academic Counselling is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer interaction.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
