- Assist the Nursing Superintendent in managing daily nursing operations.
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality patient care.
- Prepare and monitor duty rosters and staffing schedules.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, hospital policies, and nursing protocols.
- Monitor patient safety, infection control, and quality improvement activities.
- Coordinate with doctors, department heads, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct orientation, training, and performance evaluations for nursing staff.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of nursing records.
- Monitor the availability of medicines, equipment, and nursing supplies.
- Handle patient complaints and resolve nursing-related issues promptly.




- Conduct regular ward rounds to ensure nursing standards are maintained.
- Support recruitment, induction, and retention of nursing personnel.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Assist during medical emergencies and disaster management activities.
- Prepare nursing reports, audits, and monthly performance records.
- Promote teamwork, discipline, and continuous professional development among nursing staff.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
