About the Company
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities for rooftop solar and commercial solar projects.
Identify, develop, and manage new customer accounts.
Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and site surveys to understand project requirements.
Promote solar solutions and coordinate with customers throughout the sales cycle.
Handle tendering and retail sales activities.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with engineering, accounts, and legal teams.
Follow up on inquiries and ensure maximum sales conversion.
Process billing and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
Monitor project progress through regular site visits.
Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
2–6 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (Solar/Power/Electrical industry preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Valuable networking and relationship-building abilities
Target-oriented with excellent analytical skills
Experience in business development and customer acquisition
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits
