Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern (B.Com) to join our Finance & Accounts team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain practical exposure to accounting, financial operations, MIS reporting, reconciliations, and payment processes. The intern will work closely with the Finance team and learn end-to-end finance operations in a professional corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in maintaining daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Support the team in preparing MIS reports and financial data.
- Assist with account reconciliations and verification of financial records.
- Help process payment-in and payment-out transactions.
- Maintain and organize accounting documents, invoices, vouchers, and supporting records.
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of financial information.
- Assist in preparing reports for internal audits and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect financial information as required.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.




- Learn and follow company accounting policies, financial procedures, and internal controls.
- Carry out any other finance-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) (2025 or 2026 pass-outs preferred).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and basic functions.
- Familiarity with Tally or any accounting software will be an added advantage.
- Good numerical aptitude and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage assigned tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting concepts.
- Understanding of financial statements and reconciliations.
- Exposure to Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to learning.
