Brief: We are looking for a motivated HR intern to support our HR team with day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn across key HR functions – from talent acquisition to employee engagement – in a fast-paced setting!

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment – sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews and maintaining candidates’ pipelines
- Support onboarding processes, including documentation, orientation coordination, and new hire checklists
- Maintain and update employee records, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
- Help plan and execute employee engagement activities, and cultural initiatives
- Assist in preparing HR reports,



presentations, and policy documents as needed

What We Are Looking For

Mandatory Requirement

- Bachelors’ degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
- High attention detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Additional Requirement

- Prior internship experience in HR
