Title: BDR (Business Development Representative) – International Process

Job Description:

We are hiring experienced Business Development Representatives (BDR) for our International Process. Candidates must have prior experience working in a Work From Home setup and Night Shift environment.

Important Note:
Only candidates with prior International Sales/International Process experience along with Work From Home and Night Shift experience should apply. Applications without relevant experience may not be considered.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling
- Qualify leads and identify business opportunities
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Collaborate with the sales team for lead generation and conversion strategies
- Maintain and track sales pipeline and CRM updates
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth




- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Development, International Sales, or related field
- Prior Work From Home experience is mandatory
- Prior Night Shift experience is mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience using CRM software and sales tools preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
