The role includes collecting and verifying documents such as KYC and basic income details, conducting field visits for customer verification, and assessing repayment capacity. They coordinate with the credit and operations team for smooth loan processing and timely disbursement. Additionally, they maintain customer relationships, ensure regular follow-ups for repayments, handle overdue cases, and work towards achieving daily and monthly business targets while following company policies.
