Job Responsibilities:

- Develop a strong understanding of brands and markets in India, including current advertising trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics, to offer effective solutions in collaboration with the creative team.
- Create impactful copy that delivers measurable results for clients and brands, leveraging strategic thinking and creativity.
- Generate creative, out-of-the-box ideas that align with brand objectives.
- Understand and articulate the client's core message and target audience.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm compelling visual and copy ideas.
- Exhibit excellent command of the English language, with expertise in writing, editing, and proofreading.
- Craft concise, attention-grabbing,



and persuasive copy that effectively conveys the intended message.
- Requirements
- Conceptualize and execute cutting-edge ideas.
- Work closely with the Art team to ensure cohesive creative output.
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of digital media and demonstrate the ability to craft compelling campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and other digital channels.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and mentor members of the copy team.
- Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in copywriting and creative strategy.
