Job Description: Senior Business Analyst – Secured Loan Domain Locatio- Pune Exp- 3-5 Years CTC- 6 to 10 LPA Position Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our team, specializing in the Secured Loan Domain. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in secured lending products such as Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Mortgage Loans, and Vehicle Loans, along with hands-on exposure to Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS). This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, optimize lending processes, and implement technology solutions that improve operational efficiency, compliance, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering & Analysis Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to secured loan products. Conduct detailed analysis of secured lending workflows, including customer onboarding, credit assessment, property valuation, legal verification, sanctioning, disbursement, and servicing. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for LOS, LMS, and related lending platforms. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to optimize secured loan processing and reduce turnaround time (TAT). Recommend and implement improvements across underwriting, collateral management, documentation, and disbursement processes. Develop and maintain business process documentation, workflows, and user stories.



Project Management Lead and manage projects related to secured loan platform enhancements and digital transformation initiatives. Coordinate with IT, Operations, Risk, Credit, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure successful project delivery. Stakeholder Management Act as the primary liaison between business users and technology teams for secured lending initiatives. Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, UAT discussions, and stakeholder reviews. Data Analysis & Reporting Analyze portfolio performance, loan processing metrics, and operational KPIs. Develop reports and dashboards to track business performance, compliance adherence, and loan lifecycle metrics. System Implementation & Support Participate in implementation, configuration, testing, and rollout of LOS/LMS solutions for secured lending. Support UAT, production deployment, and post-implementation activities. Provide training and support to business users for effective system utilization. Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related discipline. MBA/PGDM preferred. Experience 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking/Financial Services domain. Strong experience in Secured Loan products such as Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage Loans, Vehicle Loans, etc. Hands-on experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS). Preferred Skills Knowledge of secured lending lifecycle and collateral management processes. Understanding of credit underwriting, property valuation, legal verification, and risk assessment. Experience with BRD, FRD, User Stories, Gap Analysis, UAT, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Robust stakeholder management and communication skills. Exposure to digital lending platforms and regulatory compliance requirements.
