Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced *Planning Engineer / Project Coordinator* with strong expertise in *EPC execution of 110kV & above AIS/GIS Substation projects. The candidate should have solid exposure to **planning tools, contract management, and government utility projects*, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities*

· Project Planning & Scheduling

· Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project

· Prepare WBS, baseline schedules, and milestone tracking* as per contract

· Identify critical paths and optimize timelines

· Project Monitoring & Reporting

· Track project progress and perform *variance analysis*

· Prepare *daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports (MIS)*

· Monitor delays and implement corrective measures

· Contract & Tender Management

· Review and interpret *tender documents, BOQ, and agreements

· Ensure compliance with:

· Contract milestones

· Payment terms

· LD clause

· Support *EOT claims and variation orders

· Coordination & Execution Support*





· Coordinate with *client, consultants, site teams, and vendors

· Ensure seamless integration of *civil, electrical, and commissioning activities

· Resource & Procurement Planning

· Plan manpower, equipment, and materials

· Align procurement schedules with execution timelines

· Track vendor deliveries and inspections

· Risk & Compliance Management*

· Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies

· Ensure adherence to *government utility standards and project specifications*

Required Skills*

* Strong hands-on experience in:

* *Primavera P6*

* *MS Project*

* *MS Excel (advanced level)*

* Knowledge of:

* AIS & GIS Substations (110kV and above)

* EPC project lifecycle

* Electrical systems and equipment

Key Competencies*

* Strong planning and analytical skills

* Excellent communication and coordination ability

* Experience handling *government clients / DISCOM projects*

* Good understanding of *contracts, claims, and project controls*

Preferred Profile*

* Experience in *EHV Substation EPC projects (110kV, 132kV, 220kV & above)*

* Exposure to *state utility / government tender-based projects*

* Ability to manage projects from *award stage to commissioning*

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
