Job Position: VMC Operator

Responsibilities:

- Operate and set up VMC machines as per job requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and job instructions.
- Select and install tools, holders, and fixtures on the machine.
- Perform basic programming or modify existing programs (if required).
- Monitor machine operations and ensure components meet quality standards.
- Measure and inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.).
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety guidelines.
- Work with the production team to meet daily targets.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

- Basic CNC programming knowledge ( Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi).
- Experience with different materials (MS, SS, Aluminium, etc.)

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience operating VMC machines.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Knowledge of tooling, offsets, and basic machining parameters.
- Understanding of quality checks and measuring instruments.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
