Marketmize is hiring a dedicated Meta Ads Specialist for our Shyamnagar (Near Pincall), Kolkata office. This is a full-time, office-based role for an experienced performance marketer who specializes in Meta Ads. We are not looking for freshers or general digital marketers—we need someone who can independently plan, launch, optimize, and scale high-performing Lead Generation and Sales campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience, be comfortable managing 7–8 ad accounts simultaneously, and have experience handling ₹3L+ monthly ad budgets. You should be confident in creative testing, landing page testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), rapid campaign scaling, audience strategy, retargeting, Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and performance analysis.





You will work closely with our content, design, and video editing teams to develop winning hooks, ad angles, scripts, and creatives while continuously testing current ideas to improve campaign performance. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and a data-driven mindset are essential.

This is an office-based position. Only candidates currently residing in Kolkata or anywhere in West Bengal should apply. Our office is located in Shyamnagar (Near Pincall), Kolkata.

Salary: ₹25,000 per month, with a performance-based salary revision after 6 months for high performers.
