We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator/Manager to manage project tracking, client follow-ups, and coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project progress.
- Handle follow-up communication with potential and ongoing clients — minimum 50 follow-ups per project cycle.
- Track and manage leads, quotations, and proposals with the objective of achieving a 20% conversion target.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, documentation, and status updates.
- Identify and escalate delays, bottlenecks, or risks to the concerned stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Organize and participate in project meetings,
prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meetings), and share with relevant teams.
- Assist in procurement coordination, material tracking, and delivery updates if required.
- Maintain project-related trackers (Excel, CRM, or other software tools).
- Ensure smooth documentation and handover processes between teams (design, execution, finance, etc.).

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
