Job Summary

Nestlay Rooms is seeking an experienced and dedicated Hospitality Supervisor to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality services.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily hotel operations.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and hospitality.
- Monitor front office, housekeeping, and guest relations activities.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
- Train, guide, and motivate hotel staff to maintain service excellence.
- Ensure rooms and hotel facilities meet quality and cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare duty schedules and monitor staff performance.
- Maintain operational records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hospitality standards.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.




- 1 years of experience in the hospitality industry or fresher with quick learner also apply
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Good knowledge of hotel operations and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and hotel management systems.
