- Make daily follow-up calls to existing and prospective clients.
- Understand and verify customer requirements to recommend suitable AV products and solutions.
- Identify current business opportunities and generate sales leads.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and closure of sales opportunities.
- Follow up on quotations, proposals, inquiries, and pending orders.
- Convert inquiries into sales orders by effectively explaining product features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned sales, lead generation, and customer engagement targets.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, telesales, or customer relationship management.
