Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly, presentable, and skilled Barista to join our café team in Wagholi, Pune. The candidate will be responsible for preparing coffee, tea, cold beverages, basic café drinks, maintaining hygiene, handling guests politely, and supporting smooth day-to-day café operations.

The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of coffee preparation, be comfortable working behind the counter, and have a positive attitude toward customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve hot coffee, cold coffee, tea, shakes, coolers, and other café beverages.
- Operate coffee machine, grinder, blender, and basic café equipment safely.
- Maintain taste, presentation, and portion consistency for all beverages.
- Take guest orders politely and suggest items when required.
- Handle billing/POS if required by the café.
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter, coffee machine, service area, refrigerator, and storage shelves.
- Follow proper hygiene, grooming, and food safety standards.
- Check daily stock of milk, coffee beans/powder, syrups, cups, lids, sugar, and other café supplies.
- Inform management about low stock, wastage, breakage, or equipment issues.
- Support basic food service, packing, and order handover when required.




- Work as part of a small café team and support opening/closing duties.

Candidate Requirements:

- Prior experience as a Barista, Café Staff, Beverage Maker, or Service Staff preferred.
- Freshers with basic café knowledge and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of coffee, cold beverages, shakes, and café operations.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Should be polite, clean, disciplined, and presentable.
- Ability to work in a small, quick-paced café setup.
- Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and café shifts as required.
- Basic POS/billing knowledge will be an added advantage.

Qualification:

Minimum 10th / 12th pass.
Hotel management or café training background will be preferred but is not mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
