Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to manage and analyse day-to-day billing and inventory data. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate reports, identifying discrepancies, monitoring stock movements, and providing meaningful insights to management. The candidate must be well-versed in Advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse daily billing, sales, and inventory data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing and inventory reports.
- Monitor complete billing activities and verify data accuracy.
- Track stock inward, outward, transfers, returns, damages, and adjustments.
- Compare physical stock with system stock and identify variances.
- Prepare branch-wise, product-wise, and category-wise sales reports.
- Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory.
- Identify billing errors, stock mismatches, duplicate entries, and unusual transactions.
- Prepare stock ageing, wastage, shortage, and excess-stock reports.
- Reconcile billing records with inventory and accounts data.
- Maintain MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Coordinate with branch, billing, warehouse, purchase, and accounts teams.
- Provide accurate analytical reports to support management decisions.




- Ensure all reports are submitted within the required timelines.
- Maintain proper records and confidentiality of business data.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel.
- Proficiency in Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF formulas, data validation, conditional formatting, charts, and dashboards.
- Knowledge of Power Query and Excel Macros will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good knowledge of billing and inventory processes.
- Ability to manage large volumes of data.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, MIS reporting, billing, or inventory management.
- Experience in retail, food, FMCG, manufacturing, or multi-branch operations will be preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP, billing, or inventory management software is desirable.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
