Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to improve performance and stability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in E2Open Global Trade Management.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues in enterprise software environments.
- Robust analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical problems effectively.
- Ability to work with multiple system components and understand their interdependencies.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes.
