We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive – Land Acquisition to identify suitable properties for business expansion, coordinate the acquisition process, and ensure timely completion of land-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify suitable properties based on business requirements.
- Conduct site visits and evaluate locations for upcoming projects.
- Coordinate with property owners, consultants, and local authorities.
- Carry out market research on property availability, pricing, and location potential.
- Negotiate terms as per company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of property details and documentation.
- Prepare reports and provide regular updates on acquisition progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of acquisition activities.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in land acquisition, property identification, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Any graduate.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
