Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Venue Manager to oversee the daily operations of our banquet and event venue. The candidate will be responsible for venue bookings, client coordination, event execution, team management, facility maintenance, and revenue growth while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day venue operations and staff.
- Handle venue bookings, client meetings, and site visits.
- Coordinate with banquet, housekeeping, catering, decoration, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure smooth execution of weddings, corporate events, and social functions.
- Maintain venue cleanliness, safety,



and operational standards.
- Resolve client concerns and ensure excellent guest experience.
- Monitor venue revenue, expenses, and operational reports.

Requirements

- Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Event Management, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in venue, banquet, hotel, or event operations.
- Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple events and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
