Job Description – Bench Sales Recruiter (Night Shift)

Position: US Recruiter
Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Shift Timing: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role

Netbounce Placements LLP is looking for enthusiastic and motivated US Recruiters to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in the end-to-end recruitment process for the US IT staffing industry.
- Source and screen candidates through various job portals and professional networks.
- Post consultant profiles on leading US job portals such as Indeed, Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and CareerBuilder.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Schedule interviews and conduct post-interview feedback sessions with candidates.
- Communicate effectively with clients and vendors in the US market when required.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers,



and hiring reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and client requirements.

Requirements

- Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a night shift environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and accountability.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or BPO will be an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Robust organizational and follow-up skills.
