Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Collections Head (Payday Loan Experience Preferred)to lead customer collections, recover outstanding payments, and maintain healthy customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to consistently achieve collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact customers via phone, email, or written communication regarding overdue payments.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and payment commitments.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlement agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment-related issues.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and prioritize recovery efforts.
- Escalate delinquent accounts when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable legal regulations.
- Prepare collection reports and provide regular recovery updates to management.

Qualifications

· Graduate candidates are eligible to apply.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in collections, customer service, finance, or accounts receivable is preferred.
- Knowledge of collection procedures and debt recovery practices will be an added advantage.
