Performance Management

- Drive the performance appraisal cycle including goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and annual evaluations.
- Build and maintain appraisal scorecards and KPI frameworks for each function.
- Work with department heads to identify high performers, underperformers, and training needs.
- Support increment, promotion, and variable pay decisions with structured data.

Culture, Engagement & Discipline

- Lead employee engagement initiatives, team events, and recognition programs.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and escalate appropriately.
- Enforce workplace discipline with consistency and documentation.
- Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and professional growth.

HR Operations & Reporting

- Maintain and update HR MIS including headcount reports, attrition trackers, and hiring pipeline dashboards.

- Provide monthly HR reports to leadership covering recruitment status, attrition, attendance, and compliance.
