We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, increase brand visibility, generate student admissions, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for achieving targets in the education and training industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase student admissions and brand awareness.
- Plan and manage online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Generate high-quality leads through field marketing, institutional tie-ups, referrals, events, and promotional activities.
- Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, corporate organizations, and industry partners.
- Organize seminars, workshops, career guidance programs, roadshows, and educational events.
- Coordinate branding activities, promotional campaigns, and local marketing initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the Admissions, Counselling, Placement, and Academic teams to improve student conversions.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities,



and emerging marketing opportunities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Admissions, or the Education Industry.
- Proven experience in leading marketing teams and achieving business targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for business development and promotional activities.
