Job Description:

We are looking for a Production Chemist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring product quality, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Supervise and monitor daily production activities in the skincare, cosmetics, and oral care manufacturing units.
✔Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other industry standards.
✔Conduct quality checks and ensure consistency in formulations and product batches.
✔Coordinate with the R&D; team for process improvements and new product development.
✔Maintain accurate records of production reports, batch documentation, and raw material usage.
✔Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
✔Ensure safety protocols and hygiene standards are followed in the production area.
✔Optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals, or a related field.
✔Experience: 2-5 years of experience in cosmetics, skincare, or oral care manufacturing.
✔Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, formulations, and quality control.
✔Familiarity with regulatory guidelines such as FDA, GMP, and ISO standards.
✔Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
✔Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting.
