Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to promote and sell our digital marketing packages to real estate agents, builders, and developers. The ideal candidate should have robust sales skills, industry connections, and the ability to generate new business while maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and approach real estate agents, builders, and developers to generate new business.

· Present and sell digital marketing solutions, including social media marketing, lead generation, SEO, Google Ads, website development, and branding services.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

· Understand client marketing needs and recommend suitable packages.

· Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.





· Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.

· Track sales activities and maintain an updated CRM.

Requirements:

· 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or real estate services.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Existing network of real estate agents and builders is preferred.

· Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

· Preferable Real Estate Experience

· Stating Western Suburb

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· Experience selling digital marketing services is a strong advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
