- Oversee and guide weaving workers.
- Set up loom instructions and ensure proper machine operation.
- Check forFabrics defects during production.
- Ensure looms are well-maintained and coordinate repairs.
- Prevent machine breakdowns with regular care.
- Manage team schedules and assign tasks.
- Train workers to improve skills.
