We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead to drive the success of our team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in developing and implementing innovative edtech solutions that enhance student learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and revenue growth

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch edtech products and services

- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement

- Ensure alignment with industry trends, education standards, and customer needs

- Drive product development, testing, and quality assurance

- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product roadmap and strategy

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science,



or related field

- 2+ years of experience in team handling profial, with a proven track record of leadership and team management

- Strong understanding of education technology trends, products, and services

- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills

- Ability to think strategically and drive innovation

- Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools

- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
