- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions
- Monitor and assess the performance of BI solutions in relation to business objectives
- Stay updated with industry trends and proactively suggest innovations in IT solutions or processes
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely execution and adherence to standards
