Job Description – Centre Head (Preschool)

Manages the daily operations of the preschool and ensures smooth functioning of the centre.

Ensures the safety, security, and overall well-being of all children in the school.

Supports, supervises, and guides teachers in their daily teaching and classroom activities.

Maintains healthy and professional communication with parents and addresses their concerns when required.

Plans, organizes, and conducts school events, celebrations, and activities throughout the academic year.

Looks after the admission process and works towards increasing the student strength of the centre.

Maintains proper records and ensures that all school registers and documents are updated regularly.

Maintains discipline and ensures a positive and productive learning environment in the preschool.

Coordinates with the management team and provides regular reports and updates regarding the centre.

Motivates teachers and staff members and builds a positive, cooperative, and supportive work setting at the school.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
