Quality Auditor (Manager & DPM)

Molethu PMC Pvt. Ltd. is inviting applications from experienced Construction Compliance / Quality Auditors for an Independent Audit assignment for Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) Phase-2 civil and track construction projects.

This role focuses on reviewing construction Method Statements and verifying site execution against approved procedures and safety requirements. The assignment covers multiple metro construction packages including elevated viaducts, underground stations, tunnelling and track works.

Key Responsibilities

- Review Method Statements, risk assessments and construction procedures for civil and infrastructure works
- Conduct structured site audits to verify implementation of approved Method Statements and Safe Systems of Work
- Inspect construction activities such as:

o Elevated viaduct construction

o Underground station and tunnelling works

o Excavation and temporary works

o Lifting and heavy equipment operations

o Track works and depot construction

- Identify deviations from approved procedures and document observations
- Assist in preparation of audit and compliance monitoring reports
- Verify implementation of corrective actions through follow-up inspections




- Maintain photographic documentation and structured audit records
- Coordinate with project teams to improve construction process compliance

Qualification

* BE / BTech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

Experience

* Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction / infrastructure projects

* Experience in QA/QC, construction audits, safety audits or Method Statement review

* Experience in metro rail, tunnelling, infrastructure or large civil projects preferred

* Familiarity with construction Method Statements, safety procedures and site compliance practices

Work Location

* Full-time deployment in Chennai

* Frequent site inspections across multiple metro construction packages
