Scholar Buddy is hiring a passionate Java + Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) Trainer who can teach students from beginner to advanced level. The ideal candidate should have excellent programming knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts through practical examples.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Teach Core Java from beginner to advanced level.
- Teach Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) with problem-solving techniques.
- Conduct live offline classroom sessions.
- Solve students' coding doubts.
- Prepare coding assignments, practice sheets, and assessments.
- Conduct mock interviews and coding contests.
- Guide students for placement preparation.
- Track student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Create classroom notes and coding exercises.
- B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/BCA or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching or industry experience.
- Excellent coding and debugging skills.
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Passion for mentoring students.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience preparing students for placements.
- Experience teaching college students.
- Knowledge of Spring Boot is an added advantage.
- Experience with Git/GitHub is a plus.
