Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

- Own, lead and manage all ongoing implementation(s) and POCs from concept through implementation & release.

- Understand technical aspects of the product and demo to potential customers.

- Partner closely with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers.

- Develop Customer Success assets and methods, and work with the Key Account Managers from Sales to create new or refine existing onboarding materials.





- Lead mining and client relationship geographically dispersed to deliver technology projects on time

- Maintain end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence

Must Have;

- 10+ years of technology project management experience, with preference for candidates that have worked in customer-facing roles (consulting, implementation, account management, etc.).

- Ability to create project plans, communication plans, SOWs, and all standard project documentation.

- Maintain high levels of customer engagement with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Any software development experience would be a plus.

- Programming / Scripting experience in Python or Java, one of the languages is preferable

- Candidates with onsite implementation experience preferred

- Other key competencies will include MS Projects, Project planning, Risk Management, Negotiation & Decision making, Team work, Planning & Conflict Management, Adaptability and Communication skills.

- Extremely solid communication and presentation skills.

- PMP or similar certifications are advantageous.
