We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making out and inbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, following up with prospective customers, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products or services.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling activities.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into sales or appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and performance targets.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Update customer information in the CRM or company database.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
